Product Description:

At roughly half the cost of traditional coffee roast analyzers - the JAVALYTICS RDA-U - is a leap forward in laboratory instrument engineering. Using a set of infrared diodes as the source, the JAVALYTICS accurately measures the degree of roast in both ground and whole bean coffee.

Unlike the RDA-D, the RDA-U is an "upward" looking model that requires a petri dish to hold coffee samples for color measurement.

Need your color measurements recorded in other industry standards scales? No problem. 

The JAVALYTICS can measure the degree of roast using four of the most common color systems: 

• Agtron (Gourmet / Commercial Scales)
• Neotech-Neuhaus Scale
• Probat Colourette Scale

Need to match the JAVALYTICS to your current Agtron system? No problem.

Using its built in ColorMatch system, you can create custom calibration scales to precisely match any existing system.
