This kit will provide you with four (4) of the most commonly found acids in specialty coffee. Based on years of research and practice, this kit will allow you to adjust the pH of any coffee and taste changes in flavor profiles.

The kit some basic information on the science behind acids in coffee and our quality assessment form. * This kit is intended only for testing purposes and should not be tasted directly.All acids are significantly diluted and made only of food grade quality.
