November 11, 2013 - If you've ever wanted to learn more about the science and chemistry in your cup of coffee - then 2014 may be just your year. This January '14 marks the official launching of our newly developed Coffee Science Certificate (CSC) program across the continental United States.

We're kicking off the new year by conducting another Coffee Science Certificate (CSC-1) course right in our home base of Los Angeles, CA. Due to our busy international schedule this will likely be our only USA based session.  Don't miss this chance to expand your technical coffee knowledge!

For more information visit our seminars page.

Here's a video by Dr. Maya Zuniga that highlights some of the research (@9:45min) we did for their Product Innovation team at S&D coffee. It's a great video for those wanting to learn more about cold brew and factors related to food safety.

During the same event in Atlanta, GA resident coffee scientist Joseph Rivera presented his finding on Cold Brew chemistry to a maxed room of attendees.

For those who missed the presentation, we'll be presenting a condensed version of the study during our upcoming Coffee Science Certificate (CSC) seminar in Los Angeles on June 28-29th.
